Founded YBC in June 1995
Vincent has received both local and national recognition for his leadership,
commitment and impact in serving at-risk children and youth. On June 22, 1995
Vincent spoke at the President’s National Health Forum at George Washington University
where he was a panelist along with former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, then
First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, and child psychologist T. Berry Brazelton.
Vincent is married to Angela Gaddis, and they have two children.

Angela Gaddis
After ten years as a teacher in the Dallas
Independent Schol District, Angela resigned that position to establish the YBC
children's choir and the after-school homework Program. Angela developed
her gifts of administration, worship and Fine Arts while serving on staff at
Concord Missionary Baptist Church, where she grew up under the preaching and
teaching of the late Dr. E.K. Bailey. Angela is an annointed singer. To
